it only convert PDF to PPTX

If you want to convert to anything other than PPTX you have to buy the full version for $39.99. I’m so disapointed

Amazed

I was amazed at how easy this worked. Probably the most success I have had with a purchased APP. Absolutely no complaints!

I also thought the results would be off-target, but everything worked very well. I assumed there would be more export/conversion options than PPT, but everything (formatting, hyperlinks, page numbers, etc.) remained clickable and intact. Thank you for providing this useful tool!

I am a student and I like to take notes on Powerpoint, but sometimes professors post PDFs and its a bit difficult to take notes on a PDF. This converts the PDF into Powerpoint for easy note taking. Much better than I expected and its free!!

Our corporate floor plan/seating charts are rendered in a non-Mac friendly way where names of end users appear as hieroglyphics. Using Adobe Reader for Mac versus Preview displays correctly, but iOS devices are a different story...neither the native PDF viewer or Adobe Reader display correctly. So, I give this application a try and boom! Perfectly viewable PowerPoint PPTX versions are generated, and they can be viewed on both OS X and iOS devices. Awesome!!!

This app sure makes the .pdf into a .ppt format but I had 6 slides per page in the pdf. and the only thing this app did was convert whole pages in to a ppt. so I cant edit any of the texts - the slides are only images - and I cant write notes to individual slide! Im very very disappointed! :(

A PDF conversion tool works!!!!

I am floored that I found a PDF conversion tool that works. Unlike all PDF to word tools to completely mess with the format.

I have a professor who for some reason loves to put powerpoint document slides into a PDF format. Hello… where do I take notes at?! This is a GREAT way to get the document back to a manageable format!

I have been using this app for several months now and let me say it does a great job at converting my PDFs to PowerPoint format. My professors post their lectures as 1 slide per page, so it gets translated over to PowerPoint without too much of a problem and it does this very quickly - rather handy for when you are downloading lectures straight from Blackboard right before class. I will say though that this app puts in extra letters when it is converting to PowerPoint. For example, if the title of a slide is "Manufacturing" in the PDF, it will come over as "Manufacturing g" as a PowerPoint. Oh, and it adds exclamation points. A LOT. If you have a list in bullet format, it will take everything in the list and add an exclamation mark. For example, Grocery List: Milk! Eggs! Cheese! While this causes no real harm to the material, it does prove to be rather annoying and distracting during lectures. But hey, its a free app and it gets the job done, so why spend upwards of $50 to have an app do the same exact thing? If these quirks get fixed, I will gladly up this to 5 stars. Until then, the app is "just ok" in my book.

Great PDF to PPT converter. Also, after the conversion, if you save the file as PDF again, the file size will be much smaller. So, its actually a PDF comperssor as well, which was a huge help to me, saving hours of my time.

The free version of this application restricts you to only be able to convert to PowerPoint. What use is that? Who has a PDF document that needs to be changed to a Powerpoint? In order to get to convert to Word, you have to buy the "pro" version. There are also many bugs in the conversion; text gets munged and cant be re-typed correctly, header text sometimes is converted and other times is lost. DONT use this APP.

Not sure what all the gripes are about. If you have a PDF that you want to edit in PowerPoint, this is your tool. Chimp-simple. The .PPTX file that results needed a bit of cleanup (in particular, spaces between words were often lost -- but the spell checker fixes that quickly). Overall however graphic elements were separated and preserved, text and fonts converted well and it did what I needed. For free.

Be greatful for a free converter. Its as easy as cut & paste to move what you want into a word document. Im just grateful to finally see an app that will convert from pdf thats free.
